Stunt?
Contributed by Russ Vaughn

John McCain, recognizing the serious economic threat facing this country, suspends his campaign and returns to Washington to fulfill his role as a senior United States Senator and standard bearer of his party.

Barack Obama and the liberal media are calling that a stunt.

To those in Washington trying to find a solution to this unprecedented financial crisis, Barry essentially says he’s going to continue his campaign. Oh, and they know where to reach him if absolutely necessary. Call me, I’ll be there.

Were I John McCain’s campaign manager I’d have an ad out there tomorrow comparing McCain’s responsible action in going to Washington in a time of national need to Obama’s media ballyhooed and meaningless trip to Berlin to pump his faltering image.

Now that’s a stunt.
